Frontend Developer

Overview of Role:

We are a Tunis-based company looking for a web developer with a strong UI sense and experience using ReactJS and TypeScript. The primary responsibilities will be working with a U.S.-based client developing a new educational website. Secondary responsibilities will be to help manage and maintain our existing clients’ websites alongside our Sr. Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our client to build and design a beautiful, responsive, and performant UI using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Quickly take wireframes to proof-of-concept
• Maintain, manage, and upgrade current clients’ websites.
• Hybrid position. Weekly in-person meeting at a coworking space with supervisor. Rest of the time can be at a coworking space or remote.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Experience as a Front End Developer using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Experience in creating and designing UI
• Proficiency in CSS (Tailwind) and SQL (Postgres)
• Backend experience with Node preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated
• Available during Los Angeles business hours (8h - 12h PST)
