As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contactfor technical issues, providing quick and effective assistance with computer,mobile, and AV systems. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, usersupport, hardware and software maintenance, ticket tracking, and assisting withupgrades and installations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the ticketing platform and respond to support requests.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.

Configure and manage IT equipment and prepare gear for new hires.

Collaborate with IT teams and maintain IT systems inventory.

Propose solutions for complex issues and improve IT support processes.

Resolve problems independently and escalate complex issues.

Ensure IT service quality meets performance indicators.

Education, Experience AndQualifications

2+ years experience in a technical support role.

Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English (B2 level).

Skills should include Microsoft Exchange, Windows laptop, mobile, andprinter troubleshooting.

Ticketing software experience.

Familiarity with computer networks and security products (firewalls,VPN, virus scanning) preferred.

The ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with bothnon-technical and technically adept personnel.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
