Sur le rôle de l'emploi :
Afin de renforcer notre équipe et pour soutenir notre croissance, CTM Tunisia recherche actuellement un " Business Operations Coordinator (F/H)" , qui sera responsable de l'exécution de diverses opérations commerciales sur nos canaux au sein du marché.
L'objectif de ce poste est d'améliorer le flux d'efficacité entre les équipes et d'améliorer la satisfaction des clients.
Votre mission si vous l’acceptez :
- Gérer les activités commerciales quotidiennes en veillant à ce que tous les placements marketing soient conformes aux accords commerciaux.
- S’occuper des stratégies marketing (campagne, newsletter, contenus et réseaux sociaux) et des atouts créatifs nécessaires au support commercial.
- Surveiller et optimiser les performances des campagnes et des KPI en conséquence.
- Produire des rapports commerciaux réguliers à présenter à nos parties prenantes internes et externes.

- Bac+ 3/5 en commerce, marketing digital, communication ou autres domaines connexes,
