Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe Corporate,Creative Business Hub filiale de la Creative Ad School recrute son futur LearningProgram Manager.

Les principalesmissions du futur Learning program manager :

• La co-conceptionavec le formateur expert, la mise en œuvre et l’évaluation de tout programme deformation proposée afin de garantir sa conformité aux besoins du client et auxobjectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.

• Élaborer desprogrammes de formation innovants en fonction des besoins recueillis.

• Évaluation de l’efficacité des programmes deformation et ajustement des contenus en fonction des retours.

• S’assurer de l’utilisationdes méthodes andragogiques adaptées pour garantir l'efficacité des formations.

• Mettre en placedes outils d'évaluation pour mesurer l'impact des formations.

• Monitoring duplan de communication et de commercialisation des actions de formation.

• Assurer à l’aidede l’équipe la gestion complète et autonome des dossiers de la prospectionjusqu'à la Facturation.

• Assurer le suiviadministratif post-formation pour les feuilles d’heures ainsi que toutedémarche administrative CNFCPP ou DRFP.

• Le développementet le suivi de l’activité de formation destinée aux professionnels.

Profil Recherché:

1)Formation :

• Titulaire d’un diplômesupérieur en Ressources humaines, management, ou domaine équivalent.

2) Expérience :  

• Une premièreexpérience de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire est indispensable.

3) Compétences :

• Une excellenteconnaissance des méthodes andragogiques et des outils de formation.

• Une maitrise descompétences clés en gestion de projet.

• La capacité àtravailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.

• Un très bonniveau en Français à l’écrit et à l’oral,

• Méthodique etorganisé.

• Créatif et passionnépar l’innovation dans le secteur.

• Force d’adaptabilitéà un environnement dynamique.
