Security Specialist

Mission

•     Ensuring the review and implementation of topic-specific measures related to security system
•     Participate in the preparation of risk assessments
•     Implement the Technical instruction of employees
•     Coordinating employees (e.g. personnel deployment planning, etc.)
•     Acting as a contact person in safety matters (e.g. with authorities, etc.) and at DRÄXLMAIER events (e.g. Training Night, etc.)
•     Checking the effectiveness of safety regulations/systems and suggesting improvement measures improvement measures
•     Manage and Co-operation with external service providers
•     Ensuring the inspection of alarm and security systems
•     Ensuring compliance with applicable security regulations
•     Processing general security tasks (e.g. reports, incidents and information on the topic of security)
•     Recognising and forwarding risks/violations of security regulations
•     Identify useful parameters for verifying the effectiveness of security management systems
•     Take action to reduce the likelihood of incidents occurring 
•     Improve security programmes/Building security management

   Profile

University degree

• University degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years in the field of private security and fire fighting
• Knowledge of IT, office automation and Microsoft Office software
• Perfect English and French
• Different problems with several possible solutions including in-depth analysis of the situation/causes of the problem
