We are a team of innovators who are passionate about revolutionizing the travel industry through technology. We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our post-flight platform. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems. Your work will directly enhance user interactions and integrations on our post-flight platform, playing a vital role in the enhancement of our customer experience and service offerings.\

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our UI/UX and AI/ML teams to create integrated solutions that improve platform functionality and data utilization. You will participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system optimization to ensure performance and scalability.\

We offer a competitive base pay of £75,000 per annum, stock options on performance and loyalty, event, travel, and loyalty perks. The role is remote, but if you're based near Manchester, United Kingdom, you have the option to work from our city-centre office.\

Our hiring process involves a 30-minute conversation with our founders to discuss your experience in the travel industry and introduce you to Arcube. We'll provide a short system/data challenge (designed to take less than 2 hours) at least 4 days before your second interview. During the interview, you'll present your solution, share your thought process, and the approaches you considered. A deeper conversation will follow to understand your motivations for joining Arcube, preferences, and your alignment with a startup working style.
