In addition to your base rate, you'll earn extra for things like stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay. Practical Mileage Pay Structure
We understand that every mile counts, which is why we've developed a pay structure that's designed to reward you for the miles you drive. With an average of 118,800 miles annually, you'll have plenty of opportunities to put your miles to work. And with our trainer program, you can earn even more by mentoring a student driver.

Layover Pay: A Safety Net for Uncertain Times
In the rare event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This ensures that your time is always valued, no matter what happens. We strive to provide our CDL-A Drivers with consistent miles, but in case of a layover, we want to make sure you're taken care of.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age or older
- Have a Class A CDL
- Have at least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
