Medical Assistant/X-Ray Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team in the Southeast. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can provide top-notch patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Promptly greet patients when entering waiting area, exam room, and laboratory or x-ray room.
- Consistently communicate with patients on wait times; provide direction to the next step in the treatment process
- Provide solutions to patient problems and recognize emergent/hazardous situations.
- Timely follow up regarding lab and x-ray results.
- Execute follow-up calls with sense of urgency.
- Assist front desk personnel with patient check-in/out procedures when necessary.
- Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs and weight, takes brief history, past medical, family and social history current medications, allergies and other pertinent historical information as appropriate.
