Electrical Engineering Leader

This leadership position oversees the development and implementation of electrical engineering strategies within a production unit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing electrical engineering standards and procedures
• Leading electrical engineering projects to ensure timely and budgeted delivery
• Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and address electrical engineering-related issues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, including 3 years in a leadership position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (B2 level) and French
