Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech

As a Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care at our dynamic healthcare facility. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Promptly greet patients and provide clear communication on wait times and the next step in the treatment process.
- Solve patient problems promptly and recognize when to seek help in emergency situations.
- Follow up with patients regarding lab and x-ray results and execute follow-up calls with urgency.
- Assist front desk personnel with patient check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
You will be responsible for obtaining and accurately documenting patient vital signs, weight, and medical history, including current medications, allergies, and other pertinent information. You will also assist with patient transfers, procedures directly supervised by the provider, and lab procedures under the supervision of the provider.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Valid State License to perform X-Rays.
- BLS Certification required.
