This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and operational support to our radiology team.
- Main duties include facilitating patient interactions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to conclusion.
- Effective communication with patients to address concerns, provide clear instructions, and manage expectations.
- Accurate documentation of patient data, including medical histories, medications, and test results.
- Supporting laboratory procedures and radiological examinations under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to regulations and standards.
- Providing high-quality patient care, addressing their physical and emotional needs during appointments and treatments.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the radiology department.
- Staying updated on new developments, technologies, and best practices within the field of radiology.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Valid State License to perform X-Rays.
- BLS Certification required.
