Ramp-Up Specialist

- Participates in all project meetings, coordinates and drives allocated tasks (GW20 to GW70).

- Represents the interests of the plant/country, balancing this with project interests and communicates relevant information to stakeholders from plant/country.

- Sets up launch teams with regular team meetings in plant/country and ensures sufficient resource planning for the team.

- Reports status of work packages and deliverables to project manager using project management software and prepares required documentation for milestone, gate reviews and project reports.

- Raises and follows up on release of PAMs including tracking of available, needed and spent Capex.

- Tracks and updates equipment planning together with responsible team members in launch team.

- Plans and coordinates all activities required for samples (A, B, C and D).

- Prepares operational concept based on department concepts.

- Leads creation of detailed ramp-up plan by considering requirements from customer and inputs from all project team members.

- Plans and coordinates, reports on findings and drives implementation of corrective actions on time.

- Monitors and reports on ramp-up and KPIs (plant-related P&L lines, e.g. variable and fixed costs in plant, quality performance, delivery performance) and drives implementation of corrective actions.

- Identifies risks and opportunities, defines and carries out measures to manage those in direct project environment.

- Collects and shares lessons learned with launch team and has reviews on continuous basis.

- Leads delegated project-related responsibilities for activities prior to GW20 and after GW70.

- Supports central team in defining new/update to standard.

Education: University degree

Experience: Min 3 years in a relevant field
