Luxury Hotel Operations Director

We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury property, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences, efficient staff management, and prudent financial stewardship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders while upholding Accor standards and local regulations.

• Lead and motivate all departments to achieve outstanding service quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance brand reputation, and cultivate a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with Accor protocols and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls effectively.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, training, and professional development within the organization.
• Nurture strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar setting.
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to drive results while maintaining high service standards.
• Fluency in English and French; multilingual skills a plus.
