Programme Officer

Job Summary

A challenging role has arisen in our organization for a professional who can manage direct implementation activities using an MFT approach, including cash-based interventions, health and shelter assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of field experience in managing UNHCR NGO partnerships, strategically ensuring stakeholder alignment with established guidelines and procedures as well as UNHCR strategic directions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Proven track record in team leadership, consistently driving high-quality outcomes and fostering team cohesion.
• Expertise in managing UNHCR budgets and donor funds, ensuring effective resource allocation in accordance with donor earmarking, in close collaboration with Protection and External Relations units and Field Offices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clear and professional communication in both English and French, adeptly tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to delivering work with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring strict compliance with standards and guidelines.
