Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the implementation of new and existing projects within our operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong drive to spearhead transformative projects in the insurtech industry.

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, your core responsibility will be to oversee and manage project progress, ensuring that projects meet deadlines and adapt work as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Leading project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff
• Supporting solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs
• Participating in proposal and POC processes (design, submission, and review)
• Supporting the creation of contracts and related communication with clients
• Identifying and helping secure growth opportunities for existing clients
• Managing project documentation and identifying/ managing issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
• Continuously optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field (preferable)
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Insurance domain knowledge
• Strong client-facing experience
• Technical skills (optional)
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
