  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients promptly when entering waiting area, exam room, and laboratory or x-ray room.
  • Communicate with patients on wait times and provide direction to the next step in the treatment process.
  • Provide solutions to patient problems and recognize emergent/hazardous situations.
  • Assist front desk personnel with patient check-in/out procedures when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience, Valid State License to perform X-Rays, and BLS Certification.
