We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. This role will involve sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and building relationships with potential talent.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, a strong interviewing and negotiation skillset, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Negotiating offers and agreements
- Building relationships with potential talent
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum English level: B2
- Experience in international recruitment
This is a remote opportunity, open to candidates based in Tunisia, with a focus on providing a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
