About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Telemetry nurse to join our team for a travel nursing position. As a Telemetry nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide timely interventions
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and at least one year of experience working in a Telemetry setting. You should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
