As a Solo Driver, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners making $100,000 annually. Additionally, trainers can earn an extra $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student. Our drivers average 118,800 miles annually and enjoy a practical mile pay structure.
Reliable Home Time and Consistent Freight
Our fleet is equipped with electronic logs (e-logs), ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. We offer 90% no-touch freight, allowing you to focus on your routes without unnecessary stops. Various pay incentives are available, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay.
A Peace of Mind with Layover Pay
In the rare event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This guarantee ensures that your time is always valued.
Requirements and Qualifications
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a Class A CDL with a minimum of 6-months of verifiable OTR experience. No SAP Drivers.
