Freelance Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with potential talent.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Conducting interviews and negotiations to secure top talent for our clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and potential talent
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Location: Open to candidates based in Tunisia

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
• Minimum English level: B2
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
