Job Description:
As a Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech, you will be responsible for assisting medical staff with patient care, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly greet patients when entering the waiting area, exam room, and laboratory or x-ray room.
  • Consistently communicate with patients on wait times and provide direction to the next step in the treatment process.
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and follow established clinical and regulatory procedures in regards to patient safety and care.
  • Ensure that equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions to the Regional Operation Manager or provider on duty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid State License to perform X-Rays.
  • BLS Certification required.
