Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Prevention & Recovery business unit, you will play an integral part in helping us drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will oversee financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning for our Production site in Sfax, focusing on Operations and Supply Chain. This role involves monitoring financial performance, cost analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong business partnering skills, as well as the ability to contribute to strategic growth and identify cost efficiency and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Develop sophisticated financial models to support decision-making
  • Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and analyze variances
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and manage costing for business units
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Support strategic planning and long-term financial projections
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, and cost accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA preferred
  • Experience in Operations & Supply Chain Finance, preferably in MedTech or manufacturing
Desired Characteristics:
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems; Oracle preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
