Salary: $2,203 per week
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients in a LDRP unit
- Performing inductions and other procedures as needed
- Using Medhost and Centricity (CPN) for charting and documentation
- FOLLOWING AWHONN fetal guidelines for charting and care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- NRP certification through the American Heart Association
- AWHONN certification
- Tennessee RN or multi-state RN license
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery/LDRP in a hospital setting
This is a night shift position working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, with Sunday off and every other weekend and call shifts. The unit is a LDRP unit using AWHONN fetal guidelines on charting. May involve teaching new nurses in OB. Backup support role for neonatal emergencies with respiratory support available 24 hours.
