Safely Transport Oversized and Overweight Loads as a Heavy Haul Driver

At our company, we are seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Haul Drivers to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate heavy haul trucks to transport oversized and overweight loads.
  • Plan and execute routes that comply with state and federal regulations.
  • Secure loads properly to ensure safe transportation.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the truck.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of cargo, routes, and hours of service.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy haul transportation.
  • A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
  • A strong knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations.
  • The ability to operate and maintain heavy haul equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to be comfortable being away from home for extended periods, including trips longer than one week.
