We are seeking a Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, compassionate, and experienced in patient care.
About the RoleThis position involves greeting patients, activating patient files, and providing support to patients and medical staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly greeting patients when entering waiting areas, exam rooms, and laboratory or x-ray rooms.
- Consistently communicating with patients on wait times and providing direction to the next step in the treatment process.
- Providing solutions to patient problems and recognizing emergent/hazardous situations.
- Following up on lab and x-ray results in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have a High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, and a valid State License to perform X-Rays.
