We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Malta. As a key member of our Microsoft Business Solutions team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software developers on daily duties and utilize technical knowledge to mentor and assist other developers.
  • Coach and motivate team members, mitigating impediments affecting the team.
  • Drive engagement and motivation to sustain talent and reduce attrition rate.
  • Cooperate with multiple teams to implement new ideas and drive internal process improvements.
  • Maintain and set standards for technical processes, including productivity enhancements, quality measures, and customer-oriented standards.
  • Influence ways of working by participating in technical discussions and ensuring alignment within other development teams.
  • Continually implement and fine-tune processes that increase efficiency in testing, developing, and releasing updates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years hands-on experience in IT.
  • Proficient with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experienced in asynchronous programming, relational databases, and cloud-based services.
  • Familiarity with document-based databases, containerization, and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.
  • Awareness of industry trends and willingness to learn new technologies.
