Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing complex insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment
• Supervise releasing team to optimize productivity and efficiency

The ideal candidate will have experience in claims management, data entry, and accounting. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring insurance claims information is entered into the system correctly
• Comparing data on claims applications
• Screens claim documents and processes claim adjustment
• Ensures Payment Orders are properly created and forwarded accordingly for final documentation and filing

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

• Standing as a reference person for information on inquiries concerning claims processing procedures
• Monitoring correct application of beneficiary share accordingly on service items billed
• Making sure that claims are properly audited of all data entered with accurate medical claims details

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree; Paramedical : Anesthesy , physiotherapy , Midwife ..etc
• 2+ years filing/documentation experience. Experience within the Health Care Industry, TPA's, insurance companies, Hospitals, Medical Centers is a plus
• Physically fit to carry out duties
• Sound knowledge of Project Management principles and tools
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
