We are seeking a travel nurse RN PCU to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a Progressive Care Unit, utilizing their expertise to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job DescriptionThis position requires a registered nurse with experience in PCU settings, who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting, utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, documenting vital signs, medication lists, and other relevant information to inform patient care decisions.
