Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

The role involves working closely with the onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables. You will be responsible for ensuring quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrating experience in system and functional testing.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation. You will also be involved in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle.

We are looking for a team player who can work on their own initiative and is comfortable with change. If you are a resilient and agile learner with strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, we would like to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have a degree-level education, Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module, and at least three years of experience in consultancy or one end-to-end implementation. You will also need to have knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and be familiar with LCS and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables
  • Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
  • Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written & verbal communication & team participation
  • Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
  • Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations
  • Assist with (or lead) the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis
  • Contribute to and/or creation of solution documentation
  • Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
  • Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project
  • Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial
