Nursing Supervisor Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to oversee patient care and nurse staffing needs during assigned shifts. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound judgments.

- Coordinate patient care through efficient utilization of resources.">
- Manage nurse staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage.">
- Maintain open communication with healthcare teams to address any concerns or issues.">
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.">
- Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing experience.">
- Ability to function effectively in a high-pressure environment.">
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).">
- Tennessee or Multi-State RN licensure.">
Certifications and Licenses:
">Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
