Partnerships Officer

UNICEF is seeking a skilled Partnerships Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Partnerships, Advocacy and Communications (PAC) Team, you will play a crucial role in deepening collaboration with key stakeholders and providing an interface for environmental scanning, knowledge exchange, resource mobilization, and policy influence.

• Support the Chief Partnerships, Advocacy and Communications (PAC) in developing and implementing partnerships strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, governments, and civil society organizations
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for partnerships and resource mobilization
• Develop and implement plans to increase visibility and influence for UNICEF
• Collaborate with program sections and other teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of partnerships

• University degree in international relations, political science, communications, international development, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in public affairs, program management, resource mobilization, external relations, or a related area
• Experience working in humanitarian or development settings
• Fluency in English and French is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
