Imaging SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Imaging Specialist to join our team at our center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be able to perform timely procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physicians.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform radiology procedures and ensure quality exams are performed.
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and follow established clinical and regulatory procedures.
- Maintain and improve diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills.
- Ensure equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions.
- Complete required documentation related to patient visit.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education based on certification type; skills in Medical Assisting are required.
- Tennessee state X-Ray license, and/or ARRT, is required.
