We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Charge Nurse to join our team. As a charge nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cath lab, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and technicians in the cath lab
- Develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and inventory management
Requirements:
- 1 year RN experience; Must have recent charge nurse experience in Cath Lab or ICU
- Cath Lab Experience
- ACLS, BLS certification
- Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR
