We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant/X-Ray Tech or Radiology Tech to support our healthcare team in various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, prepare them for exams, and provide assistance to medical staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients about their care, ensure they understand what to expect during their visit.
- Monitor patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Support the coordination of patient care across different departments and facilities.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and managing supplies.
Requirements:
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in a medical setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in medical assisting, x-ray technology, or a related field.
- State license to perform x-rays.
- BLS certification.
