Mileage Based Compensation Program

We believe in rewarding our drivers for their hard work. As a Solo Driver, you can earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners reaching $100,000 annually. Trainers can also earn extra money by dispatching with students. With an average of 118,800 miles annually, our drivers benefit from a practical mile pay structure.
Consistent Freight and Reliable Home Time
Our fleet uses e-logs for efficient route management. We offer 90% no-touch freight, reducing unnecessary stops and allowing you to focus on your routes. Additional pay incentives include stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay.
Guaranteed Layover Pay
In the unlikely event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This ensures that your time is always respected.
Driver Requirements
To qualify, drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a Class A CDL with 6-months of verifiable OTR experience. No SAP Drivers are eligible.
