Skillful software engineer required for a multinational company in Switzerland.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of high-quality software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Django, with experience in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

Main Responsibilities
  • Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
  • Implement security and data-protection solutions
  • Integrate data storage solutions
  • Development of Cloud native applications
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the role
  • Good knowledge in Python and Django Web Framework
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their implementation
  • Basic experience with Docker and virtualization technologies
  • Good unit-testing and debugging skills
  • Used to work with Git
  • Enthusiastic, curious, rigorous and talented at problem solving
  • Good team player with can-do mindset
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
