We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a LDRP unit, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care in a LDRP unit
- Managing labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- NRP certification through the American Heart Association
- AWHONN certification
- Tennessee RN or multi-state RN license
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery/LDRP in a hospital setting
This is a night shift position working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, with Sunday off and every other weekend and call shifts. The unit is a LDRP unit using AWHONN fetal guidelines on charting. May involve teaching new nurses in OB. Backup support role for neonatal emergencies with respiratory support available 24 hours.
