Combining the gold standard of evidence-based training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the residency develops clinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership. Units/Specialties: Graduate Nurses gain valuable experience across a variety of units and specialties, including: Critical Care (ICU) Emergency Room Med/Surg Women's Services How you’ll contribute: You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
