Description: CDL A Regional Drivers - Home Weekends Average Pay: $1,250 - $1,450 per week 2 years of verified experience 31% of line haul 3-5 years verifiedexperience 33% of line haul 5 years verifiedexperience 35% of line haul Additional pay: $15/hr Breakdown pay, max of $200 for the day, Detention pay- based on the customer, typically paid after 2 hours Deadhead is paid after 90miles @ .30cpm Bonuses: $2,500 referral bonus ($500 at 30 days, $1000 at 90 days, $1000 at 120 days) Paid via Direct Deposit Weekly Equipment 2020,2022, 2023, 2025 FreightlinerCascadia's Automatic APU's ELD – Tablet/Geotab Cameras (not on driver) Trailer – 53' Air Ride (equipped w/ air inflation for tires) Benefits Perks Great company benefits starting after 90 days BCBS Health insurance, prescription and dental Vison Reimbursement $10,000 life insurance policy 401K with 5% company match Aflac Legal Shields 1-week Paid Time off after 90 day 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 10 years 6 paid holidays after 30 days Expenses paid to get Hazmat Endorsement Pets passengers (over age of 18) allowed in trucks as travel companion Driver rewardspoints program Paid Orientation 7 JJ Keller Training Videos emailed to be completed before the 1 day in house orientation, 1 day in house Orientation typically held on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 7:30AM – 4:00PM in Bay City, MI (travel expenses paid) Tolls (Best Pass) and Scales (Drivewyze) covered Take your Truck home program dependingon location No Slip seating Home Time Route Schedule Flexible home time, ability to be home every weekend Schedule- Monday-Friday, home weekends Weekends available if preferred Route: Lower 48 states Canada,primarily throughout Midwest Level of Touch: Drop Hook, live Load/Unload Best of all, our driver turnover is very low compared to other carriers Drivers start here, stay here, and love being here — and we're pretty excited about that.
