Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg - Trauma Shift: Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week Length: 13 weeks Requirements: TN License 2 years experience Med/Surg Experience Ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IV’s, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes. BLS Other Details: Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple C/L staff scheduled Number of Beds : 34 Patient Ratios : 6:1 Type of equipment: IV Pumps, Telemetry, SCD’s, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, Feeding Pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, iMobile communication technology Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members.
