Summary of Job: Sell Lee Company’s value proposition to facility owners/managers using a consultative approach, focusing on trade-specific equipment repairs/replacements. Recommend solutions based on industry analysis, cost comparisons, customer needs, and company goals. Cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities to achieve profitable growth across all Facility Services offerings. Education and Experience: A minimum of three years of field trade experience is required. At least one year of sales experience in same or similar field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline is preferred Skill and Abilities: Must have in-depth knowledge in the industrial/commercial trade being applied for as well as client relations.
