Nous recherchons donc nos futures pépites Tu intégreras une équipe de professionnels qui s'occupe de nos clients pour révolutionner le marché de la beauté.

Missions:

  • Résoudre les problèmes d'utilisation des clients et leur assurer une expérience utilisateur optimale.
  • Centraliser les problématiques clients pour optimiser l'amélioration du produit.
  • Centraliser les problématiques d'expérience clients pour optimiser l'amélioration de celle-ci.

Requirements

  • Tu es sociable, aime travailler en équipe et est multi-tâche
  • Tu parles parfaitement le français (à la fois écrit et oral) et tu sais aussi t'exprimer en anglais
  • Tu n'as pas peur de prendre des initiatives
  • Ton aisance relationnelle, ton autonomie et ta rigueur sont sans faille
  • Tu sais être patient(e), pédagogue et surtout souriant(e)
  • Problem-solver : aucun problème, que des solutions
  • Tu es très à l'aise avec les nouvelles technologies.
  • Tu fais preuve de diplomatie, tu adaptes ton discours en fonction de tes interlocuteurs.

Déroulement des entretiens :

1°) Entretien téléphonique avec la People Operations Manager

2°) Entretien physique avec la People Operations Manager au cours duquel vous passerez des tests et vous apprendrez plus sur Treatwell

3°) Entretien physique avec le Team Manager Customer Experience
