As an Audit Coordination Leader, you will oversee and drive the performance of our audit coordination activities within the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure operational excellence, deliver high-quality service to clients, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and field auditors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and support a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding and skill development of new team members.
Audit Planning & Scheduling
- Oversee audit schedule arrangements across the EMEA zone in alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in service planning, considering scope, timelines, and resource availability.
- Escalate and resolve operational challenges to ensure service continuity.
Supplier & Auditor Relationship Management
- Supervise the supplier onboarding process and ensure smooth operational setup.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, inspectors, and auditors.
- Ensure teams provide timely support to field inspectors and auditors in day-to-day operations.
Resource Allocation & Optimization
- Strategically allocate auditors and inspectors based on expertise, location, and service type.
- Optimize routing, work distribution, and transport costs across the region.
- Implement data-driven decisions to improve scheduling efficiency.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all audit coordination activities meet QIMA's quality standards.
- Identify recurring issues and implement corrective or preventive actions.
- Contribute to operational enhancements, process improvements, and digital tool adoption.
It could be you, if you have:
- Excellent communication skills in English/French.
- A college degree or above, with major in Sciences, Business Administration, Logistic or any specialty linked to the Supply Chain.
- A high level of motivation, polyvalence, and outstanding organization skills.
- Some experience in quality control, trading, or manufacturing.
