Services delivery and continuous development of the global People Development function- Implements and monitors People Development processes, guidelines and standards on global level

- Provides internal consultancy and shares expertise on all talent management / development related topics

- Manages and improves People Development system and supports key users and end users

- Implements global talent management processes including governance and monitors correct process execution

- Develops and defines LEONI evaluation criteria regarding people development (e.g. competency model / potential criteria)

- Organizes global annual talent management cycle and provides trainings including materials on all talent management related topics

- Designs, implements and manages global talent development projects/programs for defined target groups

- Offers development counselling / career planning for defined target groups

- Provides development diagnostics for defined target groups

- Manages performance and development conferences mainly for defined target groups

- Facilitates succession planning mainly for defined target groups

- Designs, implements and manages methods and tools to foster our feedback culture at LEONI

• Education Level : University Degree in Management or relevant field
• Experience: 7min years in Human Resources Management
• Language: Min B2 English
