We're looking for a talented and experienced Country Affiliate Manager to join our team and take charge of developing affiliate relationships in the iGaming sector. What you will be doing?Search, onboard, and grow a portfolio of key marketing partners (affiliates, agencies, traffic acquisition teams).
Drive player acquisition through affiliate channels and optimize campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks.
Define local brand strategy together with the Marketing team and ensure compliance with all regulations in close collaboration with Compliance and Legal.
Lead local business development initiatives and market research.
Oversee functional areas such as analytics, engagement, and vendor partnerships.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Native-level proficiency in the local language and B2+ English or Russian.
Strong knowledge and experience in the online betting/gambling market.
Skilled with collaborative tools, project management systems, and data analysis platforms.
Experience in data visualization and complex information analysis.
Understanding of regulatory compliance in gambling advertising is a plus.
Strong communication, customer-centricity, and results-oriented mindset.
Curious, agile, and comfortable working in a digital-first environment.
