What we are looking for:

You've got the skills:

• 3 years crushing it in Backend Development with Kotlin or Java

• Deep familiarity with the modern tech stack: AWS, Serverless, Terraform, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture, microservices

• Battle-tested experience designing and refactoring complex microservice architectures in AWS

• CI/CD pipeline mastery (GitLab is your playground)

You've got the mindset:

• Proactive, hands-on, and you don't wait for permission to make things better

• Agile teams energize you – collaboration is your superpower (async or in-person)

• You communicate with clarity and confidence in English
