Votre mission
En tant que Manager Of Applications Developement, vous piloterez une équipe en Tunisie et internationale de développeurs logiciels. Vous serez responsable de la qualité technique des solutions livrées, du respect des délais, et de la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Ce rôle combine leadership, expertise technique et gestion de projet, dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.
Vos responsabilités

  • Encadrer des équipes internes, contractuelles et externalisées

  • Superviser les projets de développement : conception, codage, tests, mise en production

  • Définir les périmètres, les ressources et les délais des projets

  • Assurer la qualité des livrables et le respect des standards techniques

  • Gérer les relations clients et les interactions avec les départements internes

  • Participer aux décisions RH : recrutement, intégration, évaluation, développement

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et proposer des actions correctives


 Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 en informatique, ingénierie ou domaine connexe

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en management d'équipes de développement

  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience dans le cycle complet de développement logiciel

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipes internationales

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum)

  • Expertise technique en ERP, CRM, paie, Oracle, Web et technologies open source

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et gestion du stress

  • Expérience en relation client
