The Role:

●       Design, implement, and refine predictive and analytical models for complex business problems.

●       Translate ambiguous business questions into structured data problems and actionable solutions.

●       Explore large datasets to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities.

●       Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for production-ready analytics.

●       Conduct an in-depth evaluation of model behaviour, identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions.

●       Assess new tools, frameworks, and methods for potential application in real projects.

●       Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Profile:

●       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

● years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.

●       Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

●       Experience with statistical analysis, regression, or predictive modelling.

●       Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into actionable insights.

●       Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product or business decisions.

●       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle ambiguous analytical challenges.

●       Clear communication skills to present complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

●       Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
