About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic Executive & Digital Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and events while also providing executive and interpretation support to the Managing Director and international guests. This role blends creativity, coordination, and communication in an exciting global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and digital content.
  • Manage and create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, ads, etc.).
  • Assist in designing marketing materials and proofreading catalogues.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing events, launches, and conferences.
  • Provide translation and interpretation (English/French/Tunisian Arabic) during meetings and events.
  • Offer organizational and administrative support to the Managing Director (scheduling, travel, logistics).
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support local marketing strategies.
  • Occasionally travel within Tunisia for events and meetings.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing or communication.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Tunisian Arabic (written & spoken).
  • Creative, proactive, and organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and passionate about beauty and digital communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media ads and analytics is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)
