Your next missions :

• Provide technical support and assistance to end users on SAP S/4HANA related issues, including incident resolution, service requests and user inquiries.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems within the SAP S/4HANA environment, including application, database and infrastructure-related issues.
• Implement system enhancements, upgrades and patches to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze and resolve complex issues that require cross-functional expertise.
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Maintain System documentation, including configuration guides cover troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA Technologies, best practices and security standards.
• Participate in project implementations and provide technical expertise during different project phases.
• Contribute to the development and Improvement of internal support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA Systems, Including hands-on experience with technical components such as ABAP, Netweaver, HANA Database and FIORI.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP 4/HANA technical issues, including performance optimization, system configuration and security management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem and change management.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager is a plus.

Required skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, components and underlying infrastructure.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with SAP FIORI development and administration.
• Understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components.
• Experience with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
